Whether you are planning to buy a duplex apartment in Hyderabad or building from scratch, you should have a checklist of the aspects to be taken under consideration before zeroed in on one. After all, it comes once in a lifetime for a major portion of the people.

Open Space: There should be an adequate open space as you need not rely on other resources for relaxation which leads to a healthier life. Large trees on each side of the house is a cherry on the top. Make sure “your” dream home have spacious walkways and parks for the visitors or residents. Come on, who does like to be heard that, “this is not a parking area. Please place your vehicle somewhere else.”

Speaking geographically, when you look for read-for-possession aka flats for sale in Hyderabad, check the size of your parking. Make sure that each flat or plot have a parking lot. Who likes mess? Do you?

Waste disposal arrangements: Anyone who looks for things, in the long run, would arrange at least a mini sewage and waste treatment plant within the society or community, whatever. If the community is already accommodated with it or not. If the community has, check whether the plant would be adequate enough to cover the needs of all houses over there.

Maintenance mob: At times, you gotta deal with a blocked outlet in the toilet or short circuit all of sudden. Hence, make certain that there should be a maintenance team that takes care of the minor singults once you move in. Although the flats for sale in Gachibowli have everyday necessities and emergency crisis at any time of the day, just give this thing a shot. Most of the developers maintain details of contractors who do these kinds of repair works. So yeah!

Peaceful area for senior citizens: In this hustle and bustle of everyday life, every one of us seeks some serene “me time.” Senior citizens are no exception. Some might stay in the home all day but stuffing in between four walls is not good for health and mind as well. So, see to it whether the community has space where they can just sit and relax.

Windows and Ventilation: Well, the flats for sale in Hyderabad already have proper cross-ventilation and sufficient windows that let in the maximum natural light during daylight hours. It is necessary to have decent ventilation that retains the home comfortable irrespective of changes in the weather. Prefer the windows are of UPVC sliding windows which provides better air conditioning but not too much sunlight and acts as a furnace in the summer. The room should be set so that it does not be a recipient of loud noises and absorbs too much heat without compromising on the elegance.

Security: Last but not least it is essential to have a security system you are acquiring. Safety is the finest factor that you need to pay proper attention as that acts as the way for the occurrence of crime. So, do not take a chance here.

We often get confused about our priorities and that is perfectly alright. Keep these little tips in mind to cherish a lifetime of bliss in your home ahead.
