Pankaj Chaddah, also an IIT-Delhi graduate, became friends with Deepinder Goyal when they were both analysts at Bain and Company. He and Deepinder came up with the idea to create an online directory for restaurant menus, while holding their day jobs. Ten years after he co-founded Zomato, Pankaj hung his boots at the foodtech unicorn, stating he wanted to try “something new”. In 2019, he started up again with mental fitness startup Mindhouse.
