This week was all about taking one last look back at 2020, planning the year ahead, and giving a spin to Indian recipes with global flavours with Chef Sanjyot Keer.
2020 forced people across the globe to don their chef hats. It was the year of Dalgona coffee and banana bread. Making it easier for foodies was Chef Sanjyot Keer, founder of food ideation and expimental space Your Food Lab.
The Masterchef India producer followed his passion for food to start YFL in 2016. It features a collection of recipes that are healthy, cheesy, and spicy. In a conversation with YS Weekender, Chef Sanjyot Keer took us behind the scenes of YFL, and also shared a special recipe for our readers!
