Lybrate, an online doctor consultation platform, launched online doctor consultation service on messenger. With Lybrate’s bot on messenger, users can ask any health-related queries from a network of over one lakh doctors and 50 specialists across India. The messenger bot has also been integrated with Health Quiz, which encourages users to become aware about multiple heath issues. Lybrate's Health Feed consists of answers to all health queries and health tips by doctors.
Snapdeal’s Next Gen Ads Platform
Snapdeal Ads enables sellers to target the right customers based on their browsing behaviour, geo-location, and purchase history. Along with driving product discovery and revenue, Snapdeal sellers will now be able to curate ad campaigns for specific customer groups through targeted advertising. The platform will further allow sellers to participate in auction-based buying of ads inventory, view detailed reports, and simultaneously promote products through a range of different ad campaigns.
More than 30,000 sellers are already advertising on Snapdeal ads and have witnessed an average of 2x increase in terms of business traction. The ads platform will also assist sellers to improve their brand visibility, help measure results instantly, and drive online business.
The pioneer of Indian food discovery space Burrp! App
The app comes with an enhanced UI/UX feature and list of events happening across all eateries (happy hours, ladies night, karaoke, set menus, and buffet with the timings). Users also have an option to bookmark or add an event to their calendar.
With this app, users can also sort places based on the ratings. Its review summary provides rating breakdown of the four key parameters of any establishment food, service, ambiance, and music. The app is currently available on Android and the iOS version will be available soon.
Kids Video and Infotainment Mobile App – ‘nexGTv Kids’
The children-centric 'nexGTv Kids' app provides access to a plethora of educative and entertaining video content for children aged between two and 10. The Live TV section of the app gives access to channels such as Cartoon Network and Pogo including featured movies such as Popeye – Bride & Gloom, Boxer Rebellion, Bumm Bumm Bhole, and Bal Ganesh. The app also hosts a range of videos, animations, movies, and tutorials. It is available in Google Play Store and Apple iTunes across 140 countries and has witnessed 25 million downloads.
FreeCharge on WhatsApp
FreeCharge has taken their ‘Chat n Pay’ feature to the next level by introducing FreeCharge on WhatsApp. The feature allows users to send and receive money via WhatsApp. The users will have to go to FreeCharge on WhatsApp menu, click enable in the accessibility settings, open WhatsApp, type in the amount followed by FC, and choose from send, request, or recharge money options. The ‘Chat n Pay’ initiative was built as a feature over the new chat-based communication in the latest version of the FreeCharge app.
Ixigo’s 1Tap Cab Booking
Ixigo, an online travel search engine, has introduced a feature on its ixigo Cabs app that allows booking the nearest cab available with one tap on the user’s home screen. The feature is called 1Tap Cab Booking. 1Tap Cab Booking will work even in places without a stable internet connection such as airports, railway station and bus stations. The feature is currently available for Android users. Outstation and inter-city cab bookings with the reverse bidding model are now available on ixigo’s website and app for more than 10 cities including Delhi (NCR), Jaipur, Agra, Chandigarh, Rishikesh, Dehradun, Jammu, Shimla, Manali, Meerut and Alwar.
